White Chocolate Cheesecake Balls

When sweet cravings strike, unhealthy snacks usually come to mind first. We thought, “Why can't we enjoy something sweet and feel good at the same time?” And that's how these cheesecake balls came to be. They contain green banana flour and almond flour, making them fiber-rich and nutritious. When we coat them with white chocolate, we achieve a delicious balance that combines sweetness with health.

A bite that's both light and satisfying... Perfect with coffee or for a midday energy boost. They satisfy your sweet tooth without weighing you down. We love them; we're sure they'll be a lifesaver in your kitchen too.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g (5 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
  • 50 g (about 7–8 tablespoons) almond flour
  • 50 g (2.5 tablespoons) honey
  • 10 g (1.5 tablespoons) shredded coconut
  • 100 g (about 3.5 tablespoons) cream cheese
  • 5 g (1 teaspoon) coconut oil
  • ½ lemon (both zest and juice will be used)
  • 100 g (about ⅔ cup) white chocolate

Instructions:

1.      Mix the green banana flour, almond flour, and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl.

2.     Add the labneh, honey, lemon zest, and juice, then knead with your hands until it forms a dough.

3.     Once all the ingredients are mixed, let it rest in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.

4.     Shape the rested dough into walnut-sized balls.

5.     Dip them in white chocolate melted using the bain-marie method.

6.     Let them set in the refrigerator or freezer.

Tip:

You can also use lime or green lemon zest to enhance the flavor and aroma.
