This natural, nutritious, and fiber-rich homemade Raw Bar is the tastiest way to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way! Made with Saledo Green Banana Flour, these bars are the perfect snack for before or after exercise, or for your tea/coffee breaks.
Ingredients:
· 100 g (about 6–7 pieces, pitted) dates
· 60 g (½ cup) cashews
· 30 g (2 tablespoons) peanut butter
· 15 g (1 tablespoon) cocoa
· 20 g (about 1.5 tablespoons) date syrup or any liquid sweetener
· 10 g (1 tablespoon) coconut oil
· 10 g (1 tablespoon) Saledo Green Banana Flour
· Bitter chocolate (for coating)
Preparation:
1. Place the dates in a bowl, add hot water, and wait 10–15 minutes for them to soften.
2. Remove the dates from the water and place them in a blender with all the ingredients except the dark chocolate. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, preferably in a rectangular layer.
4. Freeze the mixture for 4–6 hours.
5. Slice the frozen mixture and dip each slice into melted dark chocolate using the bain-marie method.
Decoration Suggestion:
You can decorate with your choice of nuts, dried fruit, or freeze-dried forest berries.
