Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

🍌🍞 Thanks to Saledo Green Banana Flour, this banana bread has a higher fiber content, offering a healthier and more satisfying alternative. This recipe, which you can easily prepare for breakfast, a snack, or whenever you crave something sweet, is light and nutritious, making it enjoyable at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 50 g (5 5 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
- 50 g (5 tablespoons) sorghum flour
- 20 g (2 tablespoons) shredded coconut
- 100 g (½ cup) coconut sugar or mulberry flour
- 4 g (2 teaspoons) cinnamon
- 2 g (½ teaspoon) baking soda
- 3 adet eggs
- 50 g (3 tablespoons) butter (melted and cooled)
- 30 g (3 tablespoons) walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 3 banana
For the White Sauce:
- 50 g (3 tablespoons) condensed milk
- 100 g (½ cup) cream
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mash 2 bananas with a fork. Add the eggs, melted butter, and coconut sugar and beat until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the green banana flour, sorghum flour, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and baking soda.
4. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
5. Cut the remaining banana in half lengthwise. Place the halves on top of the batter with the pitted sides facing up.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, checking regularly.
7. For the white sauce, whip the condensed milk and cream. Pour over the cooled cake and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
· You can sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over the bananas before baking. This will give them a caramelized flavor.
· You can enhance the presentation by sprinkling extra walnut pieces and a little cinnamon on top when serving.
