Winner of the Innovative Startup Award!

As Saledo, we were delighted to showcase our products, meet visitors, and share our innovative products with participants eager to discover and experience them at the 5th Food Innovation Summit.

During the event, we held the first tastings of our banana chips, which will soon be available on supermarket shelves. The comments and feedback we received from participants on the different flavours provided valuable insights for our product development journey.

The summit also marked an important achievement for Saledo. Having been selected as a finalist in the Innovative Startup, Sustainability, and Prebiotics & Probiotics categories, Saledo won the Innovative Startup Award.

Being recognized for our approach of transforming green bananas into value-added products, reducing food waste, and promoting more efficient resource utilization has been a significant source of motivation for us on our journey toward sustainable food innovation.
