We Shared the Story of Saledo on Anadolu Agency’s Yeşilhat Team
As Saledo, we had the opportunity to share our approach and production model of giving new life to bananas during the news shooting conducted by Anadolu Agency’s Yeşilhat team.
With our model, we transform green bananas that cannot be put on the market due to appearance standards into upcycled products such as functional flours, flour blends, and chips, offering a different perspective on food.
As part of our work ongoing for approximately two years, we have saved nearly 10 tons of green bananas from waste. At the same time, with our products that stand out for their high fiber and resistant starch content, we offer food products from farm to table.
As Saledo, which focuses on local production and upcycling, we continue to expand our efforts to reduce food waste and grow our impact area.
