At Saledo, we have turned our Saledo Gluten-Free Bread Flour Mix into a practical recipe that will make your life in the kitchen easier. The result? A delicious Gluten-Free Tortilla (Lavaş) that is easy to shape with its flexible structure and has a completely clean ingredient list!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Saledo Gluten-Free Bread Flour Mix
  • 160 g Water (Half whey/kefir whey was used)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda + 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 7 g Psyllium husk powder

Preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2.  Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
  3.  Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll them out and cook in a well-heated, non-oily pan on both sides.
