Ingredients:
40 g (4 tablespoons) almond flour
30 g (3 level tablespoons) Saledo green banana flour
30 g (2.5 tablespoons) date syrup
100 ml (1/2 cup) coffee
For the topping:
10 g (1 heaped tablespoon) cocoa
Labneh Sauce:
50 g (3.5 tablespoons) cream
100 g (4 heaped tablespoons) labneh
30 g (2.5 tablespoons) date syrup
Instructions:
Whip the cream using a mixer.
In a bowl, mix the labneh, whipped cream, and date syrup to prepare the sauce. Let the sauce rest in the refrigerator until the tiramisu balls are ready.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour and green banana flour. Add the date syrup and coffee, mix once more, and place it in the refrigerator to rest.
Form walnut-sized balls from the rested mixture, coat them in cocoa, and serve with the prepared labneh sauce.
