We prepared the tiramisu flavor this time in ball form, light and practical. Its coffee-intensified aroma is balanced with the harmony of almond flour and Saledo Green Banana Flour. With the finishing touch of cocoa and labneh sauce, this small but flavor-packed treat makes sweet breaks even more enjoyable ☕🤎

Ingredients:

  • 40 g (4 tablespoons) almond flour
  • 30 g (3 level tablespoons) Saledo green banana flour
  • 30 g (2.5 tablespoons) date syrup
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) coffee

For the topping:

  • 10 g (1 heaped tablespoon) cocoa

Labneh Sauce:

  • 50 g (3.5 tablespoons) cream
  • 100 g (4 heaped tablespoons) labneh
  • 30 g (2.5 tablespoons) date syrup

Instructions:

  1. Whip the cream using a mixer.
  2. In a bowl, mix the labneh, whipped cream, and date syrup to prepare the sauce. Let the sauce rest in the refrigerator until the tiramisu balls are ready.
  3. In a bowl, mix the almond flour and green banana flour. Add the date syrup and coffee, mix once more, and place it in the refrigerator to rest.
  4. Form walnut-sized balls from the rested mixture, coat them in cocoa, and serve with the prepared labneh sauce.
