Ingredients:

  • 45 g (3 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
  • 30 g (3 tablespoons) Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 10–12 g (1 tablespoon) dark chocolate chips
  • 3–4 g (1/2 teaspoon) butter

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the egg and milk in a bowl. Add Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix and chocolate chips, then whisk again.
  2. Transfer the batter into a microwave-safe mug greased with butter.
  3. Cook at 600 W for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
