How about expressing your love in the sweetest way this Valentine’s Day? 💕This delight, prepared with Saledo Green Banana Flour; will add and tasty touch to your Valentine’s Day tables with the fresh aroma of strawberries, the rich texture of almond flour, and the natural sweetness of apple juice concentrate.🍓🍰💖
Ingredients:
• 60 g (5.5 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
• 100 g (approximately 10 tablespoons) almond flour
• 200 g (average 14–15 pieces) strawberries
• 125 g (1/3 cup) apple juice concentrate
• 3 eggs
Preparation:
First, separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites in a clean and dry bowl with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Blend half of the strawberries until pureed. Add the apple juice concentrate and egg yolks to the strawberry puree and mix until homogeneous.
Add the almond flour and Saledo green banana flour to the mixture. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency. Finally, gently fold in the whipped egg whites using a spatula with an upward folding motion, being careful not to deflate them.
Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper. Slice the remaining strawberries and arrange them on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 30 minutes. After removing from the oven, let it cool. You can serve by decorating the top with the remaining strawberries.
Whipped cream was used for decoration.
Dried forest berries were added for color, and apple juice concentrate was used for sweetening.
