SME Assembly 2025, Copenhagen:A Journey Crowned with the Erasmus Award

Being honored with the EYE (Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs) 2025 New Entrepreneur Award enabled Saledo to participate in this year’s SME Assembly held in Copenhagen.Being invited to one of Europe’s most prestigious entrepreneurship events thanks to the Erasmus Award was a powerful reflection of both the work we carry out and our commitment to sustainable innovation.

Being selected as the Entrepreneur of the Year within the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program once again showed us that Saledo’s vision in food innovation and upcycling is recognized and valued at a European level.

Throughout the event, we witnessed Europe’s extensive agenda shaped around sustainability, digitalization, the transformation of food systems, and reducing environmental impact.High-level panels, sessions, speeches from industry leaders, expert meetings, and inspiring masterclasses offered a deep perspective on today’s challenges and tomorrow’s solutions.

Saledo’s presence at the SME Assembly demonstrates once again that:Innovation is not only about technology — it is shaped by the courage to try again, learning from nature, using resources more wisely, and believing in the impact we aim to create.
