Ingredients:

  • 40 g (4 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
  • 50 g (4 tablespoons) Almond Flour
  • 50 g (5 tablespoons) Oat Flour
  • 10 g (1 tablespoon) Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 3 g (1/3 teaspoon) Salt
  • 3 g (1/2 teaspoon) Baking Soda
  • 10 g (1 teaspoon) Vinegar
  • 10 ml (1 tablespoon) Olive Oil
  • 125 ml ( ½ cup) Water

Instructions:

  1. Add Saledo green banana flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda, and psyllium husk powder into a bowl or stand mixer.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, water, and olive oil. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. If using a stand mixer, knead with the dough hook attachment for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the rested dough into 3 equal pieces and shape into round rolls.
  6. Let the shaped dough rest on a baking tray for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C (356°F) and bake for an additional 20–25 minutes.
