Ingredients:
40 g (4 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
50 g (4 tablespoons) Almond Flour
50 g (5 tablespoons) Oat Flour
10 g (1 tablespoon) Psyllium Husk Powder
3 g (1/3 teaspoon) Salt
3 g (1/2 teaspoon) Baking Soda
10 g (1 teaspoon) Vinegar
10 ml (1 tablespoon) Olive Oil
125 ml ( ½ cup) Water
Instructions:
Add Saledo green banana flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda, and psyllium husk powder into a bowl or stand mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, water, and olive oil. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
If using a stand mixer, knead with the dough hook attachment for 2–3 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Divide the rested dough into 3 equal pieces and shape into round rolls.
Let the shaped dough rest on a baking tray for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C (356°F) and bake for an additional 20–25 minutes.
