Ingredients:
45 g (3 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
Add the Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix and almond flour into a mixing bowl. Add salt and your desired spices, then mix well.
Add water and olive oil, then bring the dough together by hand. Roll the dough very thinly between two sheets of baking paper, cut into shapes using a knife or cutter, and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 8–10 minutes.
The crackers will become crispy as they cool after baking.
