We’re bringing a healthy and very practical alternative to your snack time! This time, we took Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix beyond the usual and transformed it into crunchy salty crackers. For those who follow a gluten-free diet and are looking for different flavors, you should definitely add this easy-to-prepare recipe to your list!

Ingredients:

  • 45 g (3 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
  • 15 g (1 tablespoon) almond flour
  • 1 g (1/4 teaspoon) salt
  • 6 ml (1 teaspoon) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix (black cumin, thyme, chili powder, dried onion)

Instructions:

  1. Add the Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix and almond flour into a mixing bowl. Add salt and your desired spices, then mix well.
  2. Add water and olive oil, then bring the dough together by hand. Roll the dough very thinly between two sheets of baking paper, cut into shapes using a knife or cutter, and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 8–10 minutes.
  3. The crackers will become crispy as they cool after baking.
