310 g warm water
1 egg
15 g olive oil
15 g vinegar
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
150 g gluten-free sourdough starter or 1 packet dry yeast
6 g salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C with top and bottom fan setting.
In a mixing bowl, combine all liquid ingredients, including the yeast. Add the dry ingredients and continue mixing.
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate. The next day, remove it from the refrigerator, transfer it into your baking pan, and bake in a preheated 180°C top and bottom fan oven for 60 minutes.
