Pistachio Amaretti

Ingredients:
- 45 g (3 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
- 40 g (3 heaping tablespoons) ground pistachios
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Mix the ground pistachios and Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix. Add 1 egg white and combine to form a cookie dough.
- Shape the cookies as desired and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for about 6–7 minutes.
💡If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add 1 tablespoon of apple juice concentrate and increase the flour accordingly to achieve a sweeter cookie.
💡Since the dough may be slightly sticky, you can chill it in the freezer for 15 minutes before shaping or lightly wet your hands while shaping.
