You can enjoy this recipe, which you can prepare in just a few minutes and let rest in the freezer, making gluten-free eating much more enjoyable.

Ingredients:

  • 20 g (1.5 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
  • 15–20 g (1 heaping teaspoon) peanut butter
  • 10 g (1 teaspoon) coconut oil
  • 10 g (1 tablespoon) sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place the coconut oil and peanut butter in a pan and gently heat, stirring until melted.
  2. Add the Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix and combine the mixture using a spatula.
  3. Place the sesame seeds in a bowl. Shape the mixture into a cylinder, coat it completely with sesame seeds, and place it in the freezer for about 25–30 minutes to rest.
  4. Remove from the freezer, slice, and serve.
