Ingredients:
30 g (2 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
50 g (2 heaping tablespoons) peanut butter
20 g (2 tablespoons) dark chocolate
Instructions:
Mix the peanut butter and Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix in a bowl.
Lightly wet your hands with oil or water, roll the dough into balls, and gently press with a fork to shape.
Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for about 6–7 minutes.
