Ingredients:
15 g (1 tablespoon) Saledo Gluten Free Cookie Mix
15 g (1 tablespoon) peanut butter
2 eggs
Dark chocolate
60 g (1 bar / 3/2 cup)
50 g (2 tablespoons) butter
5 g (1 teaspoon) cocoa powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in the microwave or using a double boiler, then mix the melted mixture with a whisk.
Add peanut butter, 1 whole egg, 1 egg yolk and Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix, then mix again.
Lightly grease your heat-resistant soufflé molds and coat them with cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into the cocoa-coated molds and bake in the preheated 220°C oven for 10 minutes.
