Ingredients:

• 10 g (1 tbsp) Saledo Green Banana Flour

• 20 g (2 tbsp) Chia Seeds

• 40 g (5 tbsp) Rolled Oats

• 20 g (2 tbsp) Apple Juice Concentrate

• 100 g (5 tbsp) Labneh

• 40 g (2 tbsp) Strained Yogurt

• 1 Orange

• 200 ml Plant-Based Milk (Coconut / Soy / Almond / Oat)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Saledo green banana flour, rolled oats, and chia seeds.
  2. Add the zest and juice of ½ an orange, 1 tbsp apple juice concentrate, and your preferred plant-based milk(coconut milk was used in this recipe). Mix well and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let it rest.
  3. While the mixture is resting, prepare the topping by mixing strained yogurt, labneh, the zest of the remaining ½ orange, and 1 tbsp apple juice concentrate.
  4. Once the porridge has rested, top it with the yogurt-labneh mixture and serve.
