This recipe, which will satisfy your sweet cravings in the most natural way both at breakfast and during the day, will become a staple in your kitchen.
Ingredients:
30 g (2 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
15 g (1 tablespoon) peanut butter
15 g (1 tablespoon) coconut oil
1 egg
50 g (4 tablespoons) raisins
50 g (4–5 tablespoons) almonds
50 g (4–5 tablespoons) cashews
50 g (4–5 tablespoons) pumpkin seeds
5 g (1 teaspoon) chia seeds
100 g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate
Instructions:
Chop the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and raisins into smaller pieces and combine them in a mixing bowl.
Gently heat the coconut oil and peanut butter in a pan until slightly melted, then pour the mixture over the nuts and dried fruits.
Add 1 egg white and Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix, then combine everything well using a glove or your hands.
Press the mixture firmly into muffin cups or any desired mold and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 8–10 minutes.
Once cooled, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of the granola cups, chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, and serve.
