Gluten Free Sandwich Bread in the Air Fryer

At Saledo, we love creating healthy and practical recipes. This time, we've incorporated the gluten-free and fiber-rich properties of Green Banana Flour into a bread recipe. This sandwich bread, which you can prepare in the air fryer, offers a quick and filling alternative. You can add a special flavor to your table by sprinkling sesame seeds or black seed on top.

Ingredients:

  • 40 g (2 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 60 g (2 tablespoons) yogurt
  • 4 g (1 teaspoon) baking powder
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water

Preparation:

1.      Place the eggs, yogurt, olive oil, and water in a mixing bowl. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

2.     Add the Saledo Green Banana Flour and baking powder, and continue beating until there are no lumps.

3.     Divide the mixture between two small baking pans.

4.     Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and bake the bread for 10–12 minutes. (The time may vary depending on the power of your appliance, so we recommend baking it carefully.)

5.     If you like, you can sprinkle sesame seeds or black seed on top of the bread before baking.
