Sometimes you crave something that's both a snack and healthy. These crackers are just that. We combined the rich flavor of cheese with the fiber-rich texture of Green Banana Flour and baked them into crispy crackers that fill the kitchen with an irresistible aroma.
Let's admit it, the first time we tried them, the crackers started disappearing from the plate before they even cooled down. They're a delight to eat with tea, and it's wonderful to be able to give them to children with peace of mind. They also add a whole new dimension to the table when placed next to cheese platters.

Ingredients
Preparation:
1. Place the green banana flour, salt, and thyme powder in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the grated cheddar cheese on top.
3. Finally, add the grated cold butter and cold water and knead the dough with your hands.
4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
6. Remove the rested dough and roll it out between two sheets of baking paper. Cut into small squares and poke holes in the center with a straw or toothpick.
7. Arrange the crackers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 14–15 minutes.
