When you're craving a snack, finding something both healthy and delicious isn't always easy. That’s exactly why, at Saledo, we brought together the natural richness of sunflower seeds with the gluten-free, nutritious structure of Green Banana Flour. With the addition of sorghum flour, we created a light, crisp, and satisfying dough.

And the result? A practical and completely natural snack that delivers a simple yet gourmet flavor in every bite: Crispy Sunflower Seed Cookies!

  • 100 g (1 full tea glass / 125 ml) sunflower seeds
  • 30 g (2.5 heaping tbsp) Saledo Green Banana Flour
  • 30 g (3 heaping tbsp) sorghum flour
  • 20 g (3 tbsp) olive oil
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F).
  2. Grind the sunflower seeds into a powder using a blender. Add the green banana flour, sorghum flour, olive oil, and water, then bring the dough together.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into any shape you prefer.
  4. Lightly brush the shaped cookies with olive oil and sprinkle whole sunflower seeds on top.
  5. Bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
