30 g (2 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
30 g (3 tablespoons) coconut (desiccated/shredded)
30–35 g (1 heaping tablespoon) butter
1 egg (yolk only)
Instructions:
Mix the Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix and coconut in a mixing bowl. Add the melted and cooled butter and egg yolk, then mix until the dough comes together. Let the mixture rest in the freezer for about 15–20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Divide the rested dough into 4 equal parts, roll into balls, and gently press to shape. Bake in the preheated oven for about 6–8 minutes, checking as needed.
