Chunky Chocolate Oat Cake

Craving something sweet? 🍌🥜 This oat cake with banana, peanut butter, and chocolate chunks is both practical and delicious. When it comes out of the oven, the whole kitchen smells amazing—you won’t want to wait for it to cool!

Ingredients:

  • 20 g (2 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
  • 80 g (8–9 tablespoons) Gluten-Free Oats
  • 100 g (2 heaping tablespoons) Peanut Butter
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 50 g (3.5 tablespoons) Date Syrup
  • 2 g (1/2 teaspoon) Ground Cinnamon
  • 80 g (1 small teacup) Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 5 g (1 teaspoon) Baking Soda

Instructions:

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter and date syrup, and mix well. Then add the oats, Saledo Green Banana Flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and chocolate chips, mixing until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20–25 minutes.
  4. Let the baked chunky chocolate oat cake cool slightly, then slice and serve.
