Ingredients:
20 g (2 tablespoons) Saledo Green Banana Flour
80 g (8–9 tablespoons) Gluten-Free Oats
100 g (2 heaping tablespoons) Peanut Butter
2 medium Bananas
50 g (3.5 tablespoons) Date Syrup
2 g (1/2 teaspoon) Ground Cinnamon
80 g (1 small teacup) Dark Chocolate Chips
5 g (1 teaspoon) Baking Soda
Instructions:
Mash the bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl.
Add the peanut butter and date syrup, and mix well. Then add the oats, Saledo Green Banana Flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and chocolate chips, mixing until smooth and evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20–25 minutes.
Let the baked chunky chocolate oat cake cool slightly, then slice and serve.
