The most beloved form of banana transforms into fluffy and delicious muffins with Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix! Enriched with the harmony of walnuts and dark chocolate, this recipe is a wonderful option for both your tea time and children's lunchboxes. These little cakes, which are very easy to prepare, will fill the whole house with that delicious aroma fresh from the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 60 g (4 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
  • 2 bananas
  • 35 g (1 heaping tablespoon) butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 2–3 g (1 teaspoon) vinegar
  • 15 g (2 tablespoons) walnuts
  • 15 g (about 1 tablespoon) dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Mash 1 banana and place it in a mixing bowl. Add 2 eggs, milk, and the melted and cooled butter, then mix well.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar, then add the Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix and mix again until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the dark chocolate and walnut pieces into the batter and divide evenly into muffin molds. This recipe yields about 6 muffins.
  4. Cut the remaining banana into small cubes and distribute evenly on top of the muffins.
  5. Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 12–15 minutes, checking as needed.
