Ingredients:
60 g (4 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
2 bananas
35 g (1 heaping tablespoon) butter
2 eggs
50 ml (1/2 cup) milk
2–3 g (1 teaspoon) vinegar
15 g (2 tablespoons) walnuts
15 g (about 1 tablespoon) dark chocolate
Instructions:
Mash 1 banana and place it in a mixing bowl. Add 2 eggs, milk, and the melted and cooled butter, then mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon vinegar, then add the Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix and mix again until smooth and well combined.
Add the dark chocolate and walnut pieces into the batter and divide evenly into muffin molds. This recipe yields about 6 muffins.
Cut the remaining banana into small cubes and distribute evenly on top of the muffins.
Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 12–15 minutes, checking as needed.
