This Brownie, prepared using Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix, is a total flavor bomb with its thin outer crust and moist texture. You must try this delicious recipe where the slight tartness of frozen cherries meets the intensity of dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
45 g (3 tablespoons) Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
100 g (4 heaping tablespoons) butter
200 g (1 heaping glass) dark chocolate
4 eggs
100 g (5 tablespoons) frozen sour cherries
Instructions:
Whip the eggs using a stand mixer or hand whisk for about 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave, then mix until smooth.
Add the melted butter-chocolate mixture to the whipped eggs. Add Saledo Gluten-Free Cookie Mix and mix well.
Fold in the sour cherries and pour the mixture into a baking tray.
