Ingredients:
2 eggs
40 g strained yogurt
40 g olive oil
40 g clarified butter
20 g liquid sweetener
100 g gluten-free sourdough starter or 1 packet instant yeast
200 g green banana flour bread mix
4 g salt

Instructions:
Mix all the liquid ingredients well in a bowl. Add the flour and salt, then combine until you get a soft, well-formed dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour, then place in the refrigerator.
The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Flatten each piece by hand, add 1 teaspoon of the feta cheese and dill mixture, then close and shape.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake immediately in a preheated 180°C fan oven for about 30 minutes.
