This recipe, made with Saledo Gluten-Free Bread Flour Mix, is both incredibly practical and delicious. It’s the perfect choice for those who want a healthy, refined sugar-free treat without compromising on traditional taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g strained yogurt
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 40 g clarified butter
  • 20 g liquid sweetener
  • 100 g gluten-free sourdough starter or 1 packet instant yeast
  • 200 g green banana flour bread mix
  • 4 g salt

Filling:

  • Lor cheese
  • Dill

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the liquid ingredients well in a bowl. Add the flour and salt, then combine until you get a soft, well-formed dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour, then place in the refrigerator.
  3. The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Flatten each piece by hand, add 1 teaspoon of the feta cheese and dill mixture, then close and shape.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake immediately in a preheated 180°C fan oven for about 30 minutes.
