Prepared with the harmony of carrot and cinnamon, this Raw Ball is completed with walnuts and chia seeds. Balanced with the natural sweetness of dates, this recipe gains a more satisfying texture thanks to Saledo Green Banana Flour. Small but satisfying, it’s a practical treat you can enjoy throughout the day 🥕✨

Ingredients:

  • 250 g (2 medium) carrots
  • 100 g walnuts (about 10–12 whole walnut halves)
  • 100 g date purée (about 7–8 large dates)
  • 40 g (3.5 tablespoons) Saledo green banana flour
  • 25 g (2.5 tablespoons) date syrup
  • 20 g (2 heaped tablespoons) shredded coconut
  • 20 g (2 tablespoons) chia seeds
  • 4 g (1 teaspoon) cinnamon

For the topping:

  • 20 g (2 tablespoons) shredded coconut

Instructions:

Peel and grate the carrots. Add the walnuts and date purée, then blend with a blender for about 1 minute until everything is well combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.Next, add the date syrup, cinnamon, shredded coconut, and Saledo green banana flour, adjusting the consistency as needed. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.Form walnut-sized balls from the rested mixture, roll them in shredded coconut, and serve.

💡 If you prefer not to use a blender in the first step, you can finely chop the walnuts and add them directly.
