Banana Smoothie with Coffee

Ingredients:
- 1 large banana (150–200 g), cut into 3–4 pieces and frozen
- 200 ml milk (lactose-free or any plant-based milk)
- 300 ml iced coffee (e.g., Cold Brew, filter coffee, or Americano)
- 8 g (approximately 1 teaspoon) Saledo Green Banana Flour
Preparation:
- Peel the banana, cut it into 3–4 pieces, and freeze for approximately 2–3 hours.
- Place the frozen banana, milk, iced coffee, hazelnuts, and Saledo Green Banana Flour in a blender.
- Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Notes:
You can adjust the coffee according to your taste.
If your banana isn't sweet enough, you can add honey, dates, or another sweetener.
