Ingredients:
60 g (4 tbsp) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
40 g (4 tbsp) Rolled Oats
35 g (1 tbsp) Butter
3–4 g (1 tsp) Vinegar
30 g (2 tbsp) Chocolate Chips
1 medium to large banana (approximately 100–150 g)
Instructions:
Melt the butter and stir in the vinegar. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the butter mixture.
Add the Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix and the rolled oats, then mix until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips onto the mixture and put it in the freezer and let it rest for 20–25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Using a spoon, scoop the dough into 3–4 cookies (or adjust the size as desired), roll each portion into a ball, and place them on a lined baking tray.
Do not flatten the dough too much—leave each cookie slightly domed.
Bake for approximately 15–16 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
