Ingredients:
- 60 g (4 tbsp) Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix
- 40 g (4 tbsp) Rolled Oats
- 35 g (1 tbsp) Butter
- 3–4 g (1 tsp) Vinegar
- 30 g (2 tbsp) Chocolate Chips
- 1 medium to large banana (approximately 100–150 g)
Instructions:
- Melt the butter and stir in the vinegar. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the butter mixture.
- Add the Saledo Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix and the rolled oats, then mix until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips onto the mixture and put it in the freezer and let it rest for 20–25 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Using a spoon, scoop the dough into 3–4 cookies (or adjust the size as desired), roll each portion into a ball, and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Do not flatten the dough too much—leave each cookie slightly domed.
- Bake for approximately 15–16 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
