Gluten Free Green Banana Flour Raw Ball (Snack Ball)

Ingredients:
- 30 g date puree (about 4 small dates, blended or softened in water and mashed)
- 30 g peanut butter (2 heaping teaspoons)
- 10 g green banana flour (2 teaspoons)
- 10 g peanuts (2 teaspoons, blended)
This recipe makes 8 snack balls.
Instructions:
- Place the date puree in a bowl. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the blended peanuts and green banana flour, then continue mixing.
- Knead the mixture thoroughly and divide it into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
- Optionally, coat the balls with coconut or cocoa powder.
- Let them rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
