Gluten Free Green Banana Flour Raw Ball (Snack Ball)

Ingredients:

  • 30 g date puree (about 4 small dates, blended or softened in water and mashed)
  • 30 g peanut butter (2 heaping teaspoons)
  • 10 g green banana flour (2 teaspoons)
  • 10 g peanuts (2 teaspoons, blended)

This recipe makes 8 snack balls.

Instructions:

  1. Place the date puree in a bowl. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  2. Add the blended peanuts and green banana flour, then continue mixing.
  3. Knead the mixture thoroughly and divide it into 8 equal portions.
  4. Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
  5. Optionally, coat the balls with coconut or cocoa powder.
  6. Let them rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
