Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup olive oil (60 ml)
- ¼ cup apple juice concentrate (60 ml)
- ¼ cup Saledo Green Banana Flour (30 g)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried raisins (optional)

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease the cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, olive oil, and apple juice concentrate until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix Saledo Green Banana Flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool and serve.
Note: If you don't have apple juice concentrate, you can use sweet flours like mulberry flour or date flour. In this case, you can add water to the batter until you reach the desired consistency.
