Ingredients:
- 50 g green banana flour
- 50 g hazelnuts (or almonds or walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g apple puree (1 medium-sized apple, peeled and grated)
- 110 g pitted dates
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions:
- After removing the pits from the dates, blend them in a food processor. Then, add all the other ingredients and blend until you get a dough.
- Divide the dough into small pieces with your hands and roll them into balls.
- Use a glass to shape the cookies, then place them on a baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
- Once they are lightly golden, your cookies are ready.
