Materials:
- 90 g green banana flour (1 heaping tea glass)
- 50 g dried mulberry or date powder or raisins (1 tea glass in total)
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 3 g baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 70 g butter
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 ripe banana
Preparation of:
- Beat the eggs and add room temperature butter to the mixture.
- Add the vinegar and baking soda, then add the mashed banana.
- Add the dried fruit you will use to sweeten it and continue mixing (we recommend grinding the dried fruit into powder).
- Add all the dry ingredients and form the dough.
- Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take the solidified dough out of the refrigerator into the shape you want. It can be shaped by making it round with a spoon or by hand.
- Bake your cookies in a preheated oven at 165 degrees for 30 minutes without using a fan.
