Gluten-Free Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients:
- 20 g green banana flour
- 10 g shredded coconut
- 5 g cocoa powder
- 5 g cinnamon
- 40 g mulberry flour
- 40 g butter (melted, added in liquid form)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and mulberry flour.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, and continue mixing.
- In a separate bowl, combine green banana flour, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and knead until you get a smooth dough.
- Take small pieces of dough, roll them into balls, and place them on a baking tray. You can press them with the back of a spoon to shape them.
- Add chocolate chips on top of the cookies.
- Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Once the cookies have cooled, you can serve them.
