Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- ½ cup green banana flour
- ½ cup date flour (or mulberry powder)
- 2 eggs
- 125 g butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 40 g walnuts
- 40 g raisins
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons water (if needed)
1 cup = 250 ml
Instructions:
1. Whisk the eggs and add the melted butter.
2. Then add the honey and chia seeds (if using).
3. Mix in the raisins, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Add the green banana flour and date flour and stir to combine.
5. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips and then add water if the mixture seems too dry.
6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) until the top is golden brown.
