Raw Ball (Snack Bite)
Ingredients:
30 gr date puree (approximately 4 small dates, pureed or you can crush dates that you have soaked in water in a mortar)
30 gr peanut butter (2 heaping teaspoons)
10 gr green banana flour (2 teaspoons)
10 gr peanuts (2 teaspoons, pureed)This recipe makes 8 snack balls.
How to make:
Put the date puree in a bowl. Add the peanut butter and mix.
Continue mixing by adding the pureed peanuts and green banana flour.
Knead the mixture well and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece in your palms to make a ball.
Optionally, you can coat it with coconut or cocoa.
You can consume it after resting it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
