50 gr quinoa flour (you can also try another gluten-free flour here)
3 tablespoons of yogurt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
For the filling mixture:
8 leeks
1 pack of cream
1 carrot
3 eggs
Cottage cheese
Kashar cheese (to pour over)
Sesame
Preparation:
We start the recipe by preparing the dough.
We mix all the ingredients in a bowl, first the liquids and then the dry ones.
Here we will add the vinegar last. The dough consistency is very important. Green banana flour is a solid flour, so if your dough is too hard, soften it with additional yogurt or olive oil.
Spread your prepared dough nicely into your tart mold and place it.
Bake the quiche dough in a preheated oven at 180 degrees without a fan for 30 minutes.
Then sauté your leek with carrots.
You can add some salt and pepper.
Let your sautéed leek cool.
In another bowl, mix the beaten eggs and cream and add your cheese.
Add your leek.
Pour all the ingredients over your cooked quiche dough.
Finally, add the kashar cheese and sesame seeds and put it in the oven.
Bake in a 180 degree oven without a fan until the top is browned.
