We add all the dry ingredients and warm water and knead until it becomes homogeneous.
We place the dough between two sheets of greaseproof paper and roll it out as thin as possible (for crispiness) with the help of a rolling pin, cut it into squares and sprinkle rock salt on it.
We bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are browned.
After the crackers have cooled, you can separate them from each other and consume them.
