Homemade Gluten-Free Crispy Crackers

Ingredients:


  • 1 Egg
  • 80 grams (2/3 cups) Green Banana Flour
  • 45 grams (2/3 cups) Almond Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Rock Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 55 grams (1/3 cup) Warm Water

Preparation:


  • We beat the egg well.
  • We add all the dry ingredients and warm water and knead until it becomes homogeneous.
  • We place the dough between two sheets of greaseproof paper and roll it out as thin as possible (for crispiness) with the help of a rolling pin, cut it into squares and sprinkle rock salt on it.
  • We bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are browned.
  • After the crackers have cooled, you can separate them from each other and consume them.
