Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
1/4 Cup Banana Flour (30 gr)
1/2 Pack Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup
= 250 ml
Preparation:
Separate the whites of two eggs and beat until frothy and set aside. Beat the two egg yolks you separated in your mixing bowl.
Then add 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate one by one and mix.
Add 1/4 cup green banana flour and 1/2 pack baking powder to your mixture and mix without beating.
Add the egg whites you beat beforehand and mix without beating.
Put the mixture in the cake pan you greased beforehand and sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
