Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies with Green Banana Puree

Ingredients:


  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Green Banana Flour Puree (recipe shared below)
  • 2 Cups Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • ½ Cup Raisins (or prunes, mulberries or any dried fruit)
  • 1 Handful Almonds

Measurement: 1 cup = 250 ml


Preparation:


  • All ingredients are mixed well and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, top and bottom settings, for 15-20 minutes.
  • Puree Made with Green Banana Flour

Ingredients:

  • 50 gr Saledo Green Banana Flour
  • 250 ml Water

Preparation:


  • Cook green banana flour and water in a saucepan until it thickens.
  • You will see that it thickens and thickens instantly.
  • Put it in a bowl to cool and stir occasionally.
  • If you keep this puree in the refrigerator, you can observe that it becomes even thicker.
