Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies with Green Banana Puree
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
¼ Cup Honey
½ Cup Green Banana Flour Puree (recipe shared below)
2 Cups Gluten-Free Oatmeal
½ Cup Raisins (or prunes, mulberries or any dried fruit)
1 Handful Almonds
Measurement
: 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation:
All ingredients are mixed well and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, top and bottom settings, for 15-20 minutes.
Puree Made with Green Banana Flour
Ingredients:
50 gr Saledo Green Banana Flour
250 ml Water
Preparation:
Cook green banana flour and water in a saucepan until it thickens.
You will see that it thickens and thickens instantly.
Put it in a bowl to cool and stir occasionally.
If you keep this puree in the refrigerator, you can observe that it becomes even thicker.
