
Ingredients:
- 150 gr green banana flour puree
- 1 cup raw buckwheat flour
Measurement unit: 1 cup = 250 ml
Preparation:
- Add 150 gr green banana flour puree, 1 packet instant yeast and 1 tablespoon brown sugar to 400 ml warm water and mix.
- Add raw buckwheat flour, green banana flour, and salt and continue mixing.
- Cover and wait 30-45 minutes for it to swell. Grease the bread mold and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake in the oven that you have preheated to 200 degrees, top to bottom, for 1 hour.
- Please wait until it cools down after taking it out.
