Gluten Free Crispy Bread

Ingredients:


  • 400 ml water (warm)
  • 150 gr green banana flour puree
  • 1 cup raw buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup green banana flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Measurement unit: 1 cup = 250 ml


Preparation:


  • Add 150 gr green banana flour puree, 1 packet instant yeast and 1 tablespoon brown sugar to 400 ml warm water and mix.
  • Add raw buckwheat flour, green banana flour, and salt and continue mixing.
  • Cover and wait 30-45 minutes for it to swell. Grease the bread mold and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake in the oven that you have preheated to 200 degrees, top to bottom, for 1 hour.
  • Please wait until it cools down after taking it out.
