Gluten Free Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients:


  • 20 gr Green Banana Flour
  • 10 gr Coconut Grated
  • 5 gr Cocoa
  • 5 gr Cinnamon
  • 40 gr Dried Mulberry Flour
  • 40 gr Butter (melted, added as liquid)
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Chips on Top

Preparation:


  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and dried mulberry flour together.
  • Continue mixing by adding the melted butter and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the green banana flour, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Break off small pieces from the dough, roll them into balls and place them on a baking sheet. You can press them with the back of a spoon to shape them.
  • Add chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 12-15 minutes. You can serve the cookies after they have cooled.
