In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and dried mulberry flour together.
Continue mixing by adding the melted butter and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the green banana flour, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Break off small pieces from the dough, roll them into balls and place them on a baking sheet. You can press them with the back of a spoon to shape them.
Add chocolate chips on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 12-15 minutes. You can serve the cookies after they have cooled.
