1 cup = 250 ml
Cherry Mixture: Put cherry juice in a pot and heat it. Add date or mulberry powder to sweeten and mix. Add 1 tablespoon banana flour to this mixture and cook, stirring until you reach a smooth consistency.
Milk Mixture: Heat plant-based milk in a separate pot. Add 1 tablespoon banana flour slowly and mix well to prevent clumping. Once cooled, add 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Assemble: Divide the cherry and milk mixture into small bowls. Once it has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate.
Serve: Garnish with coconut and serve.
