Gluten Free Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 120 gr Chocolate
  • 30 gr Butter
  • 30 gr Green Banana Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg (room temperature)
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Date Juice (honey consistency)
  • 1 Tablespoon Broken Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preparation:


  • Beat the egg and salt. Then add the date juice and continue beating.
  • Melt the chocolate and oil using the bain-marie method.
  • While beating at high speed, slowly add the melted chocolate.
  • Stop beating. Add the green banana flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula.
  • Finally, you can add the walnuts and chocolate chips.
  • Leave the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees on turbo.
  • Place greaseproof baking paper on the wire rack you placed on the tray.
  • Arrange your cookies with a spoon and sprinkle salt on top.
  • A total of 8-10 minutes of baking in a turbo oven is enough.
