Gluten-Free Broccoli Soup
Ingredients:
1 medium broccoli
1 medium carrot
1 onion
2 tablespoons Saledo green banana flour
2 cups milk (or any vegan milk you prefer)
6 cups water
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation:
Steam the broccoli.
In a separate pot, fry the onion until it turns pink. Then add the grated carrot and continue to fry.
Add the steamed broccoli to your cooked onion and carrot mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons Saledo green banana flour to the fry mixture.
Fry until you are sure that all the mixture is mixed together.
Add 6 cups of water, cook until it boils. Then add the milk and continue to cook.
If the consistency of your soup is not as you want, you can add additional green banana flour.
Or if it is too thick, you can increase the amount of liquid with a little water or milk.
