Gluten-Free, Vegan Tea Cookies
Ingredients:
50 gr Green Banana Flour
50 gr Hazelnuts (Almonds or walnuts are also fine)
2 Tablespoons Grated Coconut
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
100 gr Apple Puree (You can peel and grate 1 medium sized apple)
110 gr Pitted Dates
½ Tablespoon Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
Preparation:
After you have pitted the dates, grind them in a food processor and add all the other ingredients to make dough.
Then, break them into small pieces with your hands and roll them with your hands.
Finally, shape your cookies with a glass and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on the upper and lower settings for 10-15 minutes.
Your cookies are ready when they are lightly browned.
